A classic like the eggs Benedict is something most people in the western wold know about. But its unconventional flavors well mixt to perfection in its balance was just genius. Silenced was I with every dish I tasted! @leche_detigre is the place to be and have a taste of one of the world's most refined cuisine. @chefnickyramos combined its most earthy flavors with his most define delicate peruan cuisine. The great balance of textures and flavors was just an experience for my palate as I first tasted his #ceviche . With this omage to the peruan cuisine, he showes to the wold the wild mix of the influence of history in just that dish, that wildly screamed home to me. Last but not least, I got to the pulpo anticuchero. A Pease of heavenly brased octopus with ají charapits and smoked uchicuta cream. That was a whole surprise for me. A new experience of flavors at all. It's most vibrant of expretions with all the flavors and earthyness was just a party in my mouth. Food is a pleasure. And pleasure comes always with class. I would say it's the top of the crop. The Italian cuisine has been interpretated in a modern and very classic way, which topped my expectations way over the top. Class and finesse ain't so easy to find combined. The Italian flavor was something I could taste in just every dish. The clear but classy/retro modern style of this restaurant is just mind blowing.
