so, I was really tired in the morning and had to go to the school office before traffic jams (living in industrial site core, jams last from 1pm to 4pm) with a note from that place that gives me money because I am disabled (wanted proof, I'm a student) and to ask about my absence, because I got a message, I need more presence on one subject

so, once I got off the bus, I went to the nearest Żabka to get an energy drink like (almost) any other person would

speedrunned drinking it, because it was a 5 minute walk from Żabka to the office and I wanted to be over with it ASAP

after the trip, when I got home, I had an idea to try a regular coffee, but instead of pouring some milk in it (black coffee is too intense and bitter for my liking), I added vanilla ice cream and that god damn coffee was a mistake, because I take pills to sleep and this much caffeine keeps me up. it also caused my tongue to be dry, kinda numb and irritated

I'm trying to rehydrate by sipping water with a pinch of salt
