I stg you people really do not want gay people to be happy. Like you see a gay person who’s in love with their partner and wants to marry them and instead of being happy for them you’ll write up essays about how they’re “homoassimilationist.” Y'all need to drag your heads out of your asses and ask yourselves why gay people being happy is so repulsive to you.

1. Depression and anxiety are umbrella terms. I assume you aren’t referring to things like bipolar disorder or OCD. 2. Having any mental illness at all and getting treatment for it is still looked down upon by society and people can lose their jobs for going to therapy. Are people with depression and anxiety always demonized in the way that DID or BPD are? No. But they’re still not… good things to have in society’s point of view.

@inclusionbean the thing is yes you were in a bad relationship and that’s horrible but you also need to be critical of how you feel about oppressed groups ? it’s the same for people who claim to be triggered by certain races because they were abused, you have to be critical of your feelings because you don’t live in a fucking vacuum

Having a trigger is not an excuse and it's not something that should be accepted at point blank just because it's a trigger. You have to work to overcome that. You can't just say I don't like seeing gay men kiss and I never will don't kiss in front of me. Cause that's homophobic and controlling. You have to work to overcome that trigger.

I still don’t see anything wrong with her. She is very intelligent and has well thoughout arguments for almost everything she says.

Well first off her transgender children video was 100% wrong and so are all her videos but if you agree with Blair white then I'll just start with the trans children video. It was factually wrong she has no clue how a childhood / teenage transition works it's much different from an adult transition.

honestly it takes a special kind of evil (or being overprivileged, ignorant and coddled at Best) to insist on calling victims of homophobic hate crimes “queer” and then piss yourself and holler about “queerphobia” (?) when other lgbt people say “hey please dont use a homophobic slur on victims of a homophobic hate crime without their consent”.

also when its violence Specifically against gay men, or Specifically against lesbian women, Specifically against trans women, etc etc etc….. and you feel the need to call it “violence against queers uwu”… like why are you all so desperate to make your activism as un-nuanced and useless as possible?

wow.. at first I didn’t read the smaller text and thought they were calling gay people “queer” instead of gay (which was bad enough) and then I read the bottom text and realized they straight up didn’t want gay people there at all.

lol okay this is highly entertaining to watch, how monosexual people are so easily offended with a non-monosexual meeting meant for kids who face a very specific problem of identity and mental health (bisexual/queer people are the most stigamatised group within the lgbt community and are more likely to commit suicide, get addicted to drugs and have problems coming out) but won’t bat an eyelid when its called gay rights, gay marriage, gay community gay representation (as an all encompassing term which is harmful).
