not sure how to articulate this but
we all know that time lords are prudes, but i just don't think it makes sense for gallifreyan sex-related taboos and attitudes to be the same as the human ones. like they're less "sex is important and life-changing and if you do it with anyone besides your lawfully wedded spouse you're a whore" and more "sex is pointless and if you do it (at all) (regardless of marital status) you're wasting time you could have spent doing something productive." less "sex is evil and corrupting and damages your soul" and more "sex is for animals, as a time lord you should be above physical urges."
like they don't treat sex the way real-life religious fundamentalists treat sex, they treat sex the way capitalists treat taking a break or the way tumblr users treat enjoying media. not "doing the thing = committing a moral/spiritual wrong," but rather "the thing is not a productive use of your time so if you do it that means you're weak and need to grow up and focus on your job more."
gallifreyan slut-shaming looks less like human slut-shaming and more like your boss on linkedin complaining about how people who actually take their legally-mandated lunch break are lazy and stupid and just can't handle a real fast-paced work environment.
