Okay so this is my second texture pack and i really tried to make cute textures, although most of these are paper scans i made with some paper that i found and thought it would be nice to scan ヾ(●ω●)ノ

I hope you guys like them and find them useful but please consider liking or reblogging this post if you’re downloading them, because i did worked hard on these（・□・；）if you want to show me what you did with these i’ll be really happy too!!

It’s a pleasure to introduce my 4th textures pack. Due to someone reporting my previous textures pack on mediafire for copy-write violation, I was determinate to never make a textures pack or a psd again but thanks to Thepiercfire,Holdmetights & ta0zi, I was able to restore most of them, so a really special thank you.

Without further ado this pack contains grainy, landscapes, roses & some light textures, I really hope you guys enjoy it and feel free to leave requests and send some feed back to my ask box.

for something like this:

Start out with an image im going to use this one:

Duplicate your image 3 times you you end up with 4 like so:

then set the 3 copies to exclusion and it should look like this:

Now were going to mess with the levels:

So what we’re going to do is change the red, green, and blue output levels for each layer. on the top layer, “copy 1”, we’re going to change the red output level to 0:

on the second layer, “copy 2”, we’re going to change the green output level to 0:

and on the 3rd copy layer, we’re going to change the blue output level to 0:

STEP 4: ok, this is where the fun stuff starts. what you’re going to do is move the copy layers around and just position them pretty much wherever you like.

and it looks like this now:

Now obviously, the image is really obscured now and we can’t see Gaga’s gorgeous face, so you’re going to take your original layer and move it on top of everything and lower the opacity a bit.

i have the opacity set at 65%, but you can do what you think looks best

 Now go to »LAYER»FLATTEN IMAGE because we’re done with this part.

And because photoshop is not hot and locks the layer duplicate it and delete the original.

Now create a new layer and color it grey doesn’t matter how light or dark it is.

now go to »FILTER»NOISE»ADD NOISE

I use Gaussian and leave the 12.5 setting but it really doesn’t matter.

Next set that new noise layer to SOFT LIGHT mode and lower the opacity to around 15%. 

This part can be a little tricky so be careful. using the rectangular select tool on the bottom layer(the background layer), select a portion of the image like so: 

Now right click above your selection and click “Layer via Cut”

This cuts out what you just selected and sticks it on a new layer.

Now on this new layer you just created, go to»FILTER»DISTORT»SHEAR and this window will pop up:

now adjust the little squares and lines to match what i have here and click OK

and WOAH NICKI WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT:

Now create a new layer and with the pencil tool set at 1 pt, draw a light gray line on that edge that you just created and set the layer to overlay.

This part is really easy, just take this image:

or for TV efect:

Then copy and paste it and cover until you cover the image with it, then just merge all the copied and pasted layers together and set that layer to overlay and then go to »FILTER»BLUR»GAUSSIAN BLUR and blur it by about 1.5 or whatever looks best.This next part is optional if you want it colorful. Then flatten the image and sharpen it!

Get the layer you want and do the same thing to it BUT in a new tab or whatever.

Then paste it where the old one should be.

Put it where ever it best suits you.
