I've been itching for so long to create some (not-fandom related) OCs. And since I've been especially brainrotted about shows like LMK and Ninjago, I decided to go for a similar feel for this new (still under construction) story!!

This is like very personal shit, but like-

Does anybody else have like this,, passive and mild, but contant fear of going insane?

Not in the "🤪🤪🤪 so evil and crazyy I'm gonna kill my familyyy🤪🤪🤪" sense, but more in the "losing touch with reality without realizing it/losing control of your mind and actions/getting yourself hurt bc you're out of control" kind of way?

It's not debilitating usually (or maybe I'm just used to it?), but it does get really bad when I'm at a low point or stressed

It's an, honestly irrational, fear that been there for me almost all my life, and like- Idk, I'm just wondering if it's common? For like ppl with anxiety? (Bc I have dealt with anxiety and depression before), or if it's something else? Like does it have a name or,,,??

Mainly asking bc I like knowing what's going on in my brain (also therapy is expensive), and I'd like to know when to be worried and when to just brush it off and move on with my life lol.

My brain's always been a lil funky, so honestly I feel like it might just be anxiety being a lil weirdo (or maybe my autism acting up somehow? idk)

I also really wanna feel less alone, sue me JDKSBAK

So yeah, anybody dealing with the same thing?
