Anyway I'm writing again to tell you that I have a different bellyache rn. I honestly don't know wtf happened, I think I might have swallowed some air that got stuck, or maybe my abs just really hurt from lifting, or maybe my kombucha this morning isnt agreeing with me, or maybe all three, but I am in AGONY 😩😩😩 my tummy hurts so much, I almost can't stand up or bend over.... trying everything I can think to help it feel better, but I'm struggling fr

I had a really big work out earlier so I was super hungry and maybe a little too excited about going out to eat. I ended up getting an appetizer and two entrees that were probably meant to be shared... the food was too good I couldn't help myself 😭😭

I have been groaning and trying to settle my tight, aching tummy down the whole drive home, but it didn't help at all. It still hurts just as bad 😩 and now I'm just stuck in my car with the seat reclined all the way back rubbing the tightest, achiest part of my belly, waiting for it to hurt just a little bit less so I can make my way up the hill to my apartment, please send help, belly rubs, whatever you've got bc I really really need it. My belly hurts so so bad, it's so full it's even pushing out against my ribs on my left side and making them hurt, too!!

Oh my gosh you poor thing… Sounds like you ate way too much, far too quick and your belly is struggling! I bet the drive afterwards didn’t help either, everything just sitting there in your tummy and being strapped in with your seatbelt. Your poor tummy, no wonder you ended up with an awful belly ache! Does it feel upset, or just achy for now?
