The descriptions of the Cenobites in The Hellbound Heart are quite different from the ones who appear in the first Hellraiser movies, so I thought it would be interesting to try to draw them side by side. Chatterer is mostly the same, but Butterball simply isn’t there, Female is hidden under some sort of hood most of the time, their leader is a character with little hooks who never appeared in any of the movies, and Pinhead has pins with little gems on them, and a voice described as “light and breathy”, unlike the one we’re used too.
