Me: and Lael just being like ".... 'scuse me."

Me: and then Ro goes off complaining about how he wants to talk to Belial, and not Mr. Grumpypants

Me: and Lael would be like I AM NOT GRUMPY.

(a little bit later)

Me: so it would probably confuse him at first. Look around the room, and then point to himself. "Are you hitting on me?"

Me: "No, I'm hitting on the guy inside your head."

Shawna: YES

Shawna: People walking by just stare.

Me: I am just imagining Lael making the most offended face, and Belial giving Lael a pat on the shoulder, "Its okay, Lael. I still like your ass." And only then is he mildly creeped out.

He nodded lightly, and then stood up. He turned around on his heel quickly and left the room one more time. In the kitchen, he grabbed a small cup, the smallest he had (which was still pretty big, all things considered), and filled it with water. He paused for a minute, realizing that she probably wouldn’t drink the entire glass. So he dumped practically the entire glass out, and left a little bit at the bottom of the glass.

“If the apple is gross, I can cut up another one for you. Or order takeout or something. Something that you like,” he suggested. “Or I can get you some water or tea...”

Lael took an apple slice and popped it into his mouth without a second thought. It was a gala apple, he noted to himself. A little sweet, a little tart. Mostly sweet. Very refreshing.

“It is a very tasty apple, if that’s what you were wondering,” he said after he swallowed the slice. “This apple isn’t as juicy as the other ones I picked the other day, but an apple is an apple nonetheless.” 

He was almost alarmed that there was a voice. And then there were tiny eyes. Lael couldn’t lie to himself - he was a little spooked at first. He sat there on the floor, legs crossed, arms outstretched and his hands holding onto his legs. He looked from side to side. 

For the time being, I’m going to put this on a semi-hiatus again. I spent the past week trying to write replies and nothing was happening.

It has nothing to do with anyone at all, I think I just overwhelmed myself and my muse. Not with RP stuff, just mostly with life itself. I don’t want to bore you with the deatils that is my life, so I’ll skip that much.

I love you all, and you all mean a lot to me. And for putting up with my shit and Lael’s constant disappearing.

Belial: Here, Lael. (hands him a notebook) Write down everything that is bothering you.

Lael: ... (writes down stuff. Ten minutes later, he hands the notebook back to Belial)

Belial: ... this just has my name written on it.
