She hesitated, then said, "Water, please."
He nodded lightly, and then stood up. He turned around on his heel quickly and left the room one more time. In the kitchen, he grabbed a small cup, the smallest he had (which was still pretty big, all things considered), and filled it with water. He paused for a minute, realizing that she probably wouldn’t drink the entire glass. So he dumped practically the entire glass out, and left a little bit at the bottom of the glass.
He returned to the room and placed the glass down on the table. “I... am unsure how you are going to drink this. But here’s your water.”
