I remember staring at you while you’re busy looking at the night sky that January night searching for orion’s belt.

You have no idea how fortunate and blessed I felt everytime I see your smile every waking day, all I want at that moment was to begin the rest of my days with a cup of coffee and the sight of your thick eyebrows. I couldn’t ask for more because I was in euphoria whenever I’m with you.

But you broke me in pieces, you were something I knew was not for me right off the bat, I’ve had hundreds and thousands of reason to give you up yet I still took the risk, I felt really hopeless,that love took a toll on my whole existence.

Human beings are so fickle, emotions are so fickle, how can one love someone so much today and not have any feelings for them the next day, but if, just if you ever miss me, look up the sky, and know that we’re staring at the same orion’s belt.

I look at the night sky to search for Orion’s belt just like he used to.

Simply Jessie that had us dancing abject loneliness.

My gut burns.

It’s been years yet his scent and the memories linger like a counter-curse for my lifetime of self-imposed solitude.

He’s everywhere.
