One day Bobby piles on even more chores than usual, and one of the cleaning chemicals spills and makes contact with his back rash. Buck is in agony but says nothing. When it becomes too much Buck finally goes to Eddie for help. Eddie and co are horrified and feel super guilty, especially Bobby. Buddie ensures as Eddie takes all care of Buck like he should have from the very beginning.

I sent you an ask a couple hours ago asking about a Buck and Maddie escaping a cult fic and through relentless searching (and a little dumb luck) I found it. It's called "We'll Give Each Other Brand New Names" by PsychoLynx on AO3. I highly recommended it!

In it, Buck is struggling mentally. I can't remember if he has been injured recently or not. He is in bed and he has a bottle of sleeping pills on his nightstand. He contemplates taking all of them. Thankfully Eddie and chris show up. They have a good evening. Right before they are going to leave later, Eddie helps buvk get back upstairs to bed. As eddie turns to leave, Buck grabs his wrist. Eddie asks if everything is ok.

Buck gives him the bottle of pills. Eddie is confused. Buck asks him to take them. He ends up telling Eddie that he was gonna take all of them. Eddie immediately doesn't leave. I think he ends up getting Chris set up in buvks bed and they all sleep together that night. I think the next morning, Eddie has hen come and pick up Chris so he can be with Buck. I think this story is a part 1 in a series. There might have been a part 2 but I'm not sure if it was completed.

Its a Explicit Buddie Fic, I think they are already together and it is a account only fic from Eddies perspective.

Buck cracks a joke about not believing in God, and Eddie reflects on how far he's come, that if you told the younger version of him in texas that he was dating a man, and could joke about the existence of God, much less during sex, he wouldn't believe you.
