Important

Made as a fansite theme, however you can use it as you like.

The theme is a bit script heavy so it might affect loading time. It should be noted that the loading time also depends on what you post (a lot of gifs will slow it down).

If things does not work try disabling and enabling or select something else and re-select what you want. 

News: if no image it will apear in sidebar; if image it will apear in lightbox

Hello everyone!  I got a message asking me to make a tabs tutorial and I’m more than happy to do it.  This tutorial is intended to be general and universal instead of specific towards one type of page or theme.  Transferring tabs across mediums is very easy, so if you master the concept you can pretty much apply them anywhere.  For this tutorial you’ll need a good working knowledge of HTML and CSS, so if you need to know the basics check out my HTML/CSS Crash Course.  And, as always, W3Schools is a wonderful resource.

Note: there are more than one way to do tabs.  This is personally how I learned, and I like it because it’s pretty straightforward and doesn’t require any coding languages besides HTML and CSS.

What are HTML/CSS tabs?

Just like tabs on your web browser, you can incorporate tabs into your themes and pages.  Tabs can come in all shapes, sizes, and styles.  Some use symbols to signify a tab while others use words.  I tend to use them in all-in-one pages, but people also use them in themes.
