I'm actually sad i have had to make a new blog just so i can write in peace without ‘upsetting’ someone

Life is heavy at the moment. I'm laying in the dark listening to the rain, contemplating. How could things have been different? Is it wrong of me to wish I had gone about things in a different way? Or is it something I had no control over and was meant to be? I don't know. I feel like I haven't had time to really sit and think about all of the changes occurring in my life at the moment. I'm very overwhelmed. You know when your hungry, but your anxious and you can't move. That's how i feel, I've been laying here for a couple of hours now. I know things are going to get better, everything is impermanent. But right in this moment, I feel very sad, anxious, overwhelmed and confused.

Wouldn't it be nice if I could run away from my problems and stay in a nice air BnB in the middle of nowhere for a month or two with no phone or internet. Unfortunately I'm an adult and I have to deal with all the shit that gets thrown my way in order to become 'stronger' and 'grow'.
