has anyone else ever gotten such a long hate comment in another language like this? I at first thought it was a troll because I thought bots didn't exist on ao3, but now i'm not so sure anymore because it's a guest (screenshot of email notification because i deleted the comment)

is there a definitive answer on what the original sin is, or is it up for debate? i've looked through a lot of online discussions and i'm seeing a lot of different opinions.

in the 5th ep, takopi's mom said "you broke the most important rule" and "this is your sin," so i think at face value it was either letting shizuka use the happy gadget without supervision (leaning towards this one because it WAS the most important rule), or him returning to the happy planet without completing his mission of spreading happiness.

but figuratively & thematically, i'm not too sure...maybe it was him not understanding the complexities of humans & not knowing that trying to fix a surface level problem will lead to an even bigger issue down the road... 😭
