Yesterday I was told by the greatest man in my life @jakeofthegalaxy that I am "the definition of the modern woman" and I don't think I could have received a better compliment. I am proud of everything I have achieved for myself, especially having all the odds against me growing up. I was always pitied as a child "how sad that she has to live that way". But I don't see it that way at all. The way I have grown up, the way I have experienced life is what had made me as strong and powerful as I am today.
