"glinda is a better partner for elphaba because she understands elphaba on an emotional level better than fiyero" or "fiyero should've been deleted because they took all the interesting parts out of his character and the love triangle makes act ii significantly worse" are far hotter takes. saying a woman should've ended up with a man isn't a hot take you people suck at hot takes

all the rights that come with marriage you should be able to have without marriage btw. you should be able to designate a person who can visit you in the hospital regardless of your relationship to that person.
