Just realized that Fyodor Dostoevsky is very similar to Eli Ever from Vicious in that they both view super-powered people like themselves as aberrations and are working to eradicate them in the name of god. They view everyone else as tools and seem incapable of forming connections even with their closest allies (at least based on what's been revealed about Fyodor so far). They're both charismatic/manipulative enough to convince someone to aid their cause which they firmly believe is right. The only thing is that Fyodor could run laps around Eli even though Eli is already considered as a sort of genius in the book.
