Stages of Paige ☝🏼️☝🏼 Picture one- isn’t my heaviest weight but definitely still wasn’t my healthiest. Drinking a lot, eating a lot, my idea of exercise was walking the dog. Picture two- last year. Close to my leanest. Wasn’t my cardio bunny days but I used to eat like a rabbit but was still lifting. Forever binging on food. Picture three- few weeks ago. (See below for my current lifestyle) I used to always have “goal bodies” or just scroll IG and wish I looked like other girls. I still do but I catch myself. Because you can see a girl with the perfect body and not know what she’s going through, if it’s perfect lighting or even real at all. 🚫🚫I’d say now I’m at my 💃🏻happiest💃🏻with myself and my body. Since I started IIFYM I’m not anti social anymore, I can go out to eat with my friends or boyfriend, I’m not a psychopath about food anymore, I ENJOY myself but know my numbers and boundaries. 😍 ill always choose to be happy over doing whatever it takes to have the perfect body/abs etc. fitness isn’t that. It’s a lifestyle. Live the lifestyle, be happy, eat your carbs. I’m not going to look back on my life and remember crying over the cookie I couldn’t eat. 🍪Eat the cookie, track the macros and move on. 😄🙌🏼☺️ feeling healthier mentally and physically.
