Houston Rapper Big Pokey Dead at 45 After collapsing on stage. Houston rap legend Big Pokey died Sunday at age 48, according to local media reports.

The rapper, whose real name is Milton Powell, collapsed at a bar during a performance Saturday, but the cause of his death is currently unknown.
