Okay, so no joke: this week I had stomach problems, and stomach problems trigger my anxiety. And the one day it was like 1030 am and I was just PANICKING and I was like, “I’m not hungry! It’s not my stomach! It’s my anxiety!” and continuing to freak out. And finally I was like, Well, it’s been more than 2 hours since I ate, so my stomach is empty, so I should probably eat a few crackers. And I did, and five minutes later... I was perfectly fine.
