slowlysinkingunder asked: I was wondering if you had any advice on how to write a sexual character. I’m asexual, so I don’t experience sexual attraction. What I really need help with is the way my MC acts toward her crush. Like, I do want to make her sexually attracted to him and I know I’ve made it clear she finds him attractive (I make small comments on his looks throughout the book), and I also have a scene with some sexual tension…but I don’t really know how to *write* it. Should I even mention sexual attraction?

I wouldn’t mention it necessarily, but you can illustrate sexual tension in various ways. Touch plays a big role in sexual attraction, and flirting, of course. Subtle signs of love (well, interest, at least) will also present themselves.
