seeing people on twitter be like "it's mental illness to care about celebrities that much" well yes! exactly!

i'm very slow to the news but honestly when i saw it on twitter my first thought was "oh the nasty parody accounts are at it again" and scrolled away because i was so sure this could NOT be real. it was until i saw my mutuals tweeting and it finally hit me that this actually happened. i'm speechless. i feel like part of my youth is gone as well.

not to sound like a fake elite stan but imagine joining the fandom after 2015??? imagine seeing keywords like “carrot” “kevin” “spoon” “kidneys” and not having any war flashback??? imagine never hearing of mr. x????? imagine not remember what you were doing on march 25 2015????? idk whether that’s a gift or a loss
