Happy Christmas Eve Eve everyone!! It’s one of my most favorite times of the year. 🎉✨🎄 I know for some people it’s not though. Or it is but they’re just feeling overwhelmed. Remember, if you’re not done wrapping gifts yet, it’s not the end of the world. If you’re not done shopping yet, it’s not the end of the world. If you didn’t send out cards this year, it really is okay. If you didn’t or even couldn’t get gifts for anyone this year, that’s not what it’s about anyway. Breathe. Don’t let the holidays become stressful for you. Take your control and choose to just go with the flow. If you’re grieving this holiday season, let yourself, it’s okay to not be okay. If you’re struggling with an eating disorder this holiday season and dreading the big dinner, don’t be afraid to confide in someone you trust about how you’re feeling. If you’re anxious or depressed, tell someone you trust and seek out resources. Sitting in that alone will only make it worse and you don’t have to.
