這個故事是我近兩年來的生活累積，故事中的許多橋段與物件也與現實生活中的我有相當的關連。但更多的是心理狀態。曾經有過一段時間，我不太出門，我發現長期待在一個房間中這個房間會越來越像你。這個房間呈現出來的狀態就是你在生活中的狀態，好的壞的都會累積。而我，累積了一堆垃圾。垃圾在我的動畫中是一個重要角色，他在現實生活與心理狀態中都是同樣的解釋。而剛好台北市的專用垃圾袋是藍色的，看起來就像海水一樣。於是他連結了在負面的心理狀態中漸漸蔓延出來的逃避慾望。

對我來說，海洋就是一個出口，當我煩了，累了，怕了的時候，我都會想去看看海。而我說這故事是我近兩年來的生活累積的原因是因為我就像那故事裡的主角一樣，我曾經跟不上生活，也曾試著要跟上生活。最後卻又被硬生生地淹沒，窩在房間中，想像自己不在這個時空維度裡，在那裡好好休息。
