Hey, welcome to my blog, I'm Nexus (they/it/voi)! (full legal name zero underscore nexus) bi+a-spec prolly, AuDHD, shark furry. Both my banner and pfp were made by me. generally most of my blog will be untagged (reblogs, occasionally trigger warnings (stuff like cw: flashing typically, i think i typically tag shed tho. not that i post shed just..), and sometimes long posts will go untagged, sorry), however i have a select few tags i use (see below), no guarantees tho, and if you need me to tag something please drop me a pm :)

I am (kinda) writing a book called cursed with all my main OCs (more like my ocs are from this book/universe). it will drop eventually. probably on ao3 first. so i will tag spoilers with "#cursed spoilers" so block it if you dont want spoilers for the story. however, mild spoilers and shit like the basic concept and character design will likely be untagged.

Kris's dad used to be a gardener. They were probably taught to be gentle by him first.

And then you remember how he treats Kris now that his family fall apart.
Asgore hugs Kris too tightly and doesn't understand what he is doing all he understands is that Kris doesn't like it when he does that, he barely pays attention to them and whenever he does it ends with him trying to make a move on Toriel, he puts them in uncomfortable situations (like bringing flowers to their mother) and just leaves them there because he never takes the time to stop and think about his actions.
Kris is his flower.
Like any flower. Kris needs to be handled with care, Kris needs attention, Kris needs consideration but Asgore never understood.
Kris is nothing more than a flower that never got to blossom because of Asgore's obsession.
A flower that first learnt gentleness from the gardener only to never received it in the end by said gardner. Oh Kris.

when i was a kid, my mom told me about this book. though never in any detail, she’d give me brief glimpses at its winding passages. she told me i’d read it one day but only when i was ready, when it was time. when i moved out, she bought me a copy and i tried reading it several times but always stopped short. only a few weeks ago, at apparently the right time, did i return to it with success. i read it in its entirety in a few days, front cover to back cover. incredible storytelling, fantastic characterisation, and a wholly unique piece of art… but not as haunting as johnny’s warning made it out to be. i figured when i closed the book and put it back on my shelf that it’d all be over, but i just couldn’t stop thinking about it. and then the nightmares began.
