but instead, i let myself relax and didn't worry about potentially "failing". i didn't think about what was going to happen, i didn't force myself to do anything. i simply set the intention, and then didn't dwell on it anymore. i just let it happen.

you can shift even if you doubt yourself, if you're desperate, and regardless of what you're doing or how you're feeling. because i too have shifted during times where my mindset was unnecessarily overcomplicated and doubtful.

but shifting will always be more pleasant if you accept that it is something that is genuinely easy to achieve. you don't need to "earn it" or work towards it. there's no need for mental gymnastics. all you're doing is moving your awareness from your current reality to your desired reality.

in simple terms, you are basically switching the tv channel you are watching. one second ago you were watching series x, and now you are watching series y. did it take a lot of effort to change the channel? of course not, all you had to do was want it and press a button, therefore the program changed instantly. your focus has now shifted from one series to another because you made that choice.

shifting gets so much easier once you stop acting like you’re trying to defuse a bomb. like babe… you are not cutting the red wire… you’re literally just trying to vibe your consciousness into a different timeline. relax. flop. become an overcooked noodle. the universe cannot hand you the keys to another reality if you’re white-knuckling the steering wheel of this one.

the second you stop going “ok if i don’t feel tingles in 2.4 seconds i have FAILED,” everything opens up. pretend you’re a cat in a sunbeam. pretend you’re a wifi signal that finally found the router. pretend you already shifted and you’re just remembering it on a delay. boom. suddenly your brain is like “oh right. we know how to do this.”

you don’t need a “perfect mindset” or a reprogramming of your subconscious in order to shift.

Some figure it out really quickly, some don't, and like shifting, it's often harder to teach a trick to a dog who has already been shaped by its surroundings.

this advice is the hardest pill i’ve had to swallow this year but it’s one i think has fundamentally changed my perspective on shifting is:

stop caring about whether you’ll shift tonight.

you wanna truly surrender to the shift? you wanna just let go and be present? you have to stop holding that pesky little thought in the back of your head that says “is tonight really the night?” you’re thinking too hard babes. and it just holds you at the threshold of release.

anyone else find it hard to focus when watching any movie/tv show because you’re just trying to figure out how to insert yourself into that reality? or is it just me?

Why can't people have their own opinions about something and move on? You don't have the right to tell other people that they can't be a shifter just because they believe in something you don't like.

That's like telling a Christian that they can't be a shifter because they believe in God... What about the homophobic Christians? What about the non Christian s the tefs you talk about? Anyone can be a shifter regardless of belief ,race, gender and sexuality. Let people have their beliefs! Let people live! That doesn't make them A bad person unless they voluntarily do things that are bad if yk what I mean..
