shifting for beginners (simplified, won't use complex words/ phrases, examples)
This is the continuation of the series starting with Scripting for beginners and this will be beginner friendly posts. Feel free to skip if u're not a beginner.
Okay so what we mean by shifting is directing/shifting our consciousness/awareness to another reality from the infinite numbers of realities from our beloved multiverse.
whats multiverse? it literally means the idea that our universe is not the only one. Instead, it is a concept suggesting that there could be countless other universes existing alongside ours, forming a vast collection of universes.
common misconception: shifting is NOT a tiktok/internet made up thing, it existed in the ancient times in Egyptian and Indian societies/religious texts.
how do we know this is legit and not fake? U.S and Soviet military actually studied and documented their results but later it was ditched due to shifting's unobservable nature. Yes shifting hasn't been scientifically proven but so the existence of god but billions of people believe it so scientifically unproven ≠ unreliable.
Is shifting like a religion/cult? No. All the shifters on all platforms (should be) encouraging authenticity and confidence in one's journey, emphasizing the facts like individualism and strict equality of all genders, identities and ethnicities. Just like how being xyz thing doesn't make someone superior/inferior, being experienced in shifting doesn't make someone superior.
Million dollar question, how to shift? -- in my humble opinion, shifting is SOOOOO exciting. And thus many people overcomplicate it. Like how you'd be anxious and forget all your knowledge during an important exam? People get anxious like a teenage valentine and panic during the process. OFC that's not the case for everyone but it's common.
You basically meditate into it. That's all. Affirmations and visualization play a big role. If you don't have any meditation experience, it's so easy you can start anytime today.
Lay down in a peaceful, preferably quiet place and relax. As you listen to a guided meditation or music or white noise, you relax all your body parts one by one. Don't focus on your body but visualize your Dr, drself, and affirm. You can also count to 100.
You should be in your Dr at the end of this session. If you haven't, no worries. For some it takes days, sometimes months or years. They're all normal cause everyone is different and shifting is VERY personal.
