Rattling and Clattering

Note: While Sunrise has been mentioned, Hagi has not appeared in game yet. Fans are hoping for an event soon that debuts Sunrise, and finally reveals her appearance. Shuu has appeared in the main story a few times, and has had her own 5★ card release during the event that introduced Orange Blossom.

Fayrouz used to be a faceless artist before her collaboration with Sweet Pea, with her appearance finally being revealed in game during Hyacinth's debut event. She appears in the main story when Yuusha attempts to break up Sweet Pea, being apart of the subgroup she created called FROSTBITE. Fans are eagerly awaiting for FROSTBITE's debut event, though many theorize it won't happen anytime soon.

Ryoko has also not been revealed in game yet, with many fans only knowing of her through Kiyuu's card vignettes. Fans have theorized what she looks like from Kiyuu's dialogue, with some designs even being considered "canon" by the fandom.

The most recent character introduced in the game is Oz, who appeared at the end of the latest main story update. His event (which featured the debut of LUNAR ECLIPSE) just ended, with the song LULLABY being added to the game.

For April Fool's day, Idol Daze swaps the characters and story, making FIRE&ICE (now called Sweet Snow) the newbie idols, and Sweet Pea (now called FIRE❀FLOWER) the top idols/"villains". Likewise, Yuya takes on Rebecca's role (while Rebecca takes on Yuya's). Each group swaps outfits, songs, and personalities with each other. With Lyla swapping with Yuu Shi, Mayu swapping with Yuusha, and Kiyuu swapping with Astrid.

Many fans look forward to this event, as it's one day only, making it difficult to get the limited 5★ cards. There are rumors that next April Fool's day (once Sunrise has debuted) that Shuu and Hagi will join the event, swapping with solo artists YUTU and FAYded.

Other characters you meet through playing the main story is Yuya (@cheerleaderman's OC), who is the manager of FIRE&ICE. Lydia, a veteran of the idol industry who suddenly disappeared one day (who is Lyla's aunt, but Lyla doesn't know this). And Morpheus, a world famous song writer that only works with those he deems worthy.

In Twisted Wonderland, Idol Daze is a well known mobile game. It blew up on social media when it first released, becoming one of the top rated games on the app store in just a few months. It still continues to trend on Magicam, with the game having many diehard fans.

Many students at Night Raven College play the game, including:

Cater Diamond - Fan since day one. Saw it trending on Magicam and decided to give it a try, instantly got hooked. His favorite is Lyla, though Yuu Shi is a close second. He introduced the rest of Heartslabyul to the game, starting with Trey and Riddle, and then Ace and Deuce.

He will stream the game on his Magicam on occasion, usually during events he's grinding or was looking forward to. His home screen character used to be Lyla's April Fool's day card (or Lyla Shi, as fans refer to her), until he was playing in class one day and didn't have the volume on his phone turned off. The whole class heard the voice line her card says if you stay on the home screen too long...

"Ahhhhhh, manager~ What's wrong? Can't get enough of my beauty? Ahahaha~ My eyes are up here, you know..."

Causing him to almost throw his phone across the room in an attempt to turn it off, frantic and horrified. He couldn't hide his embarrassment as everyone stared at him, but he did his best to play it off... (Now he just sticks with Lyla's first limited 5★ as his home screen character lol)

Trey Clover - A casual fan of Idol Daze, he was introduced to the game thanks to Cater, and plays it in his free time. His favorite is Lyla, though Cater tells him he thinks he'll like Hagi too once she's released (he doesn't pay attention to the leaks like Cater does lol). He has her first anniversary card as his home screen character, and doesn't care much about tiering in events.

He has a pin of Lyla he wears on his dorm uniform hat, and a nui of her Cater got him that he keeps in his room.

Riddle Rosehearts - Another casual fan of Idol Daze, Riddle had little interest in the game until Shuu was introduced. He is a dedicated fan of hers, collecting merch and even tiering in her debut event with Orange Blossom. He has to compete with Azul for her merch though, doing his best to get to Sam's shop first when something new drops.

His home screen character is Shuu's Orange Blossom 5★, and he eagerly awaits when Sunrise will finally debut.

Ace Trappola - He doesn't really play the game, preferring to watch other's freak out over it instead lol When someone doesn't get the character they want, or loses their combo, etc. He'll be there to tease them about it. He does have a soft spot for Mayu though, so perhaps he'll give the game a try eventually...

Deuce Spade - He also doesn't play the game, but keeps up with it through the others. Maybe one day a character will release that will change his mind...

Leona Kingscholar - He doesn't play the game, nor does he care about it lol His knowledge about the game is limited, and he doesn't really understand the appeal.

Ruggie Bucchi - I'm not sure if he has a phone or not, but either way he doesn't play lol What he knows about the game is through others, and none of the characters have caught his eye.

Jack Howl - He learned about the game through the other first years and instantly got hooked, though he plays casually. His favorite is Kiyuu, instantly charmed by her character and personality. He introduced the game to Sebek during one of their work out sessions, and got him hooked on the game as well.

They update each other on the game, especially if an event with Kiyuu is coming soon. They both have different ideas as to what the mysterious "Ryoko" Kiyuu mentions looks like, and his home screen character is her first limited 5★. He has stickers of her on his water bottle, and owns a Sweet Pea headband his siblings picked out for him.

Azul Ashengrotto - Immediately interested in the game when he learned how successful it was, playing it to see what the appeal was (and maybe learn a few things business wise from it...) He became instantly charmed by Shuu, joining the game while Orange Blossom's debut event was happening. While he wasn't able to tier during her first event, he made sure he was prepared for the rerun, tiering higher than Riddle even.

He has her event 5★ maxed out, and proudly displays her on his home screen. He keeps track of leaks to make sure he's prepared for when Sunrise finally debuts, saving every last gem he has for Shuu.

Jade Leech - A casual fan of Idol Daze, Jade isn't really attached to any of the characters, though he is fond of Yuusha. He looks forward to when Hagi is released, seeing her in the leaks and instantly curious. He's saving all of his gems for when she debuts with Sunrise, and plays any event Yuusha is in.

His home screen character at the moment is Yuusha's standard 5★ from FIRE&ICE, though he switches between that and her April Fool's day card (or Yuushayu, as fans refer to her).

Floyd Leech - Not really a fan of Idol Daze, but he does play, enjoying how the characters react when you tap them repeatedly on the home screen. His favorite at the moment seems to Mayu, but no one's really sure if that's a good thing or not...

Kalim Al-Asim - He was introduced to the game by Cater and Lilia in the Pop Music club, and he loves it! He has a hard time picking a favorite, switching between Fayrouz, Yuusha, and Mayu. He always tiers in any event he plays, due to all the in game currency he buys.

Jamil hates how lucky he is, always seeming to get any card he's after within the first few pulls.

Kalim: Isn't Yuusha's anniversary card great Jamil? The special moves she does on stage are so cool!

Jamil: ... I don't have Yuusha's anniversary card.

Kalim: Oh, really? I thought you pulled for her.

Jamil: I did...

His home screen character is Fayrouz's debut 5★, though he's constantly changing it. He has a collection of nuis in his room, and always buys Jamil merch for his birthday (much to his dismay lol).

Jamil Viper - He's a huge fan of Idol Daze, but doesn't want others to know, doing his best to hide it. His favorites are Mayu, Yuusha, Astrid, Fayrouz, and Oz (and Rebecca too, even though she's just an NPC lol He owns the few merch pieces that were released of her)

Due to how many favorites he has, he struggles to get their cards, doing his best to tier in their events. He has a large collection of merch, hidden away in his room. He almost screamed when he woke up one morning to find his roommate holding his Mayu nesoberi, commenting on how cute she was and asking if he was a fan of Idol Daze too.

His home screen character at the moment is Oz's debut 5★, though he primarily has Mayu's April Fool's day card (or Mayuusha, as fans refer to her) as his home screen character. He is dying for FROSTBITE to finally debut.

Vil Schoenheit - While he enjoys the music and some of the character's outfits, he doesn't play, not really having the time to do so. He adores what he's seen of Yuu Shi though, and has been tempted to play, if only for her.

Rook Hunt - He doesn't play, yet he seems to know everything about the game. And when I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING, including events that weren't even leaked. Huh? How...

Epel Felmier - He also doesn't play, but might be tempted to depending on a new character catching his eye...

Idia Shroud - Day one player. Never misses a login, always does his dailies. Tiers in every event, and is considered one of the top players online. His favorites are always changing, yet he always gets excited when FIRE&ICE's manager Yuya shows up. He even owns what little merch has been released of them.

Ortho Shroud - Doesn't play, but knows about the game through his brother (and the internet lol).

Malleus Draconia - Would play the game if he knew how to play it lol He knows about it from the others, and will watch Lilia play sometimes. He's very curious about a lot of the characters, especially Yuu Shi. He's also watched Sebek play a few times (though he gets so nervous in front of Malleus that he misses his combos)

Lilia Vanrouge - He plays the game, though he doesn't have a favorite, enjoying it for the music and story. He bought Silver an Oz nesoberi since he seemed to like his design, finding him using it as a pillow more than once. He will play the events for Malleus so he can watch, not really focused on tiering.

He seems to always get Astrid's cards, having his anniversary 5★ as his home screen character.

Silver Vanrouge - He doesn't play, but knows about the game through others, with Oz being his favorite. He owns multiple Oz plushies thanks to his father, from nesoberis to nuis, laying out on his bed with his alarm clocks.

Sebek Zigvolt - He was introduced to the game thanks to Jack, and is a dedicated fan of Kiyuu's, instantly charmed by her personality. He and Jack keep each other updated on the game, from new events to merch drops, if it involves Kiyuu, they know.
