Lilo

Her name is Julia, as SpiderWoman - Stereo. She's based on (Davus pentaloris) tiger tarantula, thats where the stripes came from. They are made of sound waves, which move due to nearby sounds. Thats why she doesn't speak much in her spider form, she doesn't want to cause any disturbance while listening intently. Her voice also carries that noise you can hear in radio while jumping in between stations (normal in both forms, she can kind of regulate it).

She lives in Poland while communism rules (middle/late 80's), this world looks like coffee stained paper, only in sepia shades. She's a strong opposition to it and, being similar to Noir with that, fights those people. She's been mistaken for a man many times in her spider form, because her body is mostly covered and she barely speaks, which gives her an even better security.

Around 20 years old, full time traditional graphic designer and painter. Dreadhead with some piercings (yes, that part is less realistic for those times but idc), 5"3 - 157cm. Carries a scar on her upper lip from one of the most stressful fights from the past.
