Since last week i've been struggling a lot with college transactions and there's a big possibility i may have to pay an extra fee due to a short time period of pay

For reference, here in colombia we have something called ICFES, i dont really know how to describe it but is like a test for all students of eleventh grade. When you get the best score at your school you can get a schollarship that will pay 100% of your college fee, back in 2022 I ended up at 1st place on my school But here's the problem, they only pay the base price, if you have to pay any extra fees it needs to come from your money.

My family has been struggling A LOT financially so we cannot afford to pay the extra fee price, my grandparents cant work and my mother works a full time job. Thanks to god we have enough for every meal of the day but our budget is really tight I really dont like to ask for help on the internet but I'm desperate right now if you can help me donating to my kofi or commissioning me that would be so freaking dope!!!
