Changes were needed and were in the right direction but they went too over the top with it, if they toned it down it would work a lot better.

The jungle changes were in the absolute wrong direction. Now junglers will have to split MORE waves instead of, you know, jungling, because of the weird ass changes to jungle camps. The changes to towers and phoenixes were terrible.

If we can take towers in under a minute, there is a problem. They did the right thing in buffing these and making it actually skillful to win instead of seeing who can snowball first.
