Here are some Birthday headcanons with oc and regular.
Fortune Teller gifts Harlequin all sorts of craft supplies or colognes as gifts.
Fortune Teller works with Pierrot to make spicy dishes that Harlequin enjoys for his birthday dinner.
I feel like Harlequin would act all Nonchalant about MC getting them a gift, maybe even rub that knowledge in Pierrot's face, but in private would cherish the gift.
On Pierrot's part he'd try to be more civil, willing to cook what Harlequin enjoys for his birthday.

Originally an OC adopt, but i grew attached to the design and conjured up lore and a story for him.
As his design suggests, he's a fire dancer and was planned as such.
He still uses his birth name usually in private or when incognito/traveling (IDK what to call him since monster naming conventions haven't been revealed) but mostly goes by Dancer for privacy.
Dancer was born on June 2nd.
Dancer's native homeland is Italy, in the more southern region, and in fact has a Italian accent.
He has pyrokinetic based powers which he uses to enhance his performances.
Dancer is a solo performer who travels from place to play when he performs.
He has an understanding that human's are complex creatures and in fact not all of them are bad or cruel... An event in his younger years opened his eyes to that knowledge.
Age wise he'd be older than Harlequin but younger than Jester
Height comparison
I hope y'all enjoy him as i do! I hope to do more with him
And so here are some headcanons for what Fortune Teller does for Pierrots birthday and some regular headcanons.
Fortune Teller usually enlists the help of Ticket Taker or Jester to make Brigadeiros for Pierrot's birthday.
Desert Cookbooks and Origami paper are some of the gifts that Fortune Teller gifts to Pierrot
I like to imagine that the troupe gathers together after the circus closes, maybe they close a little early to celebrate whenever it's one of their birthdays.
Pierrot getting a gift from MC for their birthday would be the greatest thing to happen to him, and he'd cherish that gift.
This is the one day that Harlequin is less antagonistic to Pierrot, not without the watchful gaze of Jester looming over him

Drew some stuff and wanted to info dump a little more about Fortune Teller.
Made a mockup of what his ticket looks like, a Pin and the mask worn by Fools under his ownership.
Now onto the info!!!
Fortune Teller's clairvoyance powers are special to his species however it's a very difficult power since it usually needs to be channeled with concentration, some can conjure images in their head of a prediction of the future but it takes a lot of deep concentration that cannot be broken so often it's channeled through external means, some practice it through Ceromancy, Cleromancy, Scrying, or like in Fortune Teller's case Cartomancy.
The Tarot deck that Fortune Teller has belonged to his mother, who used to disguise herself and give card readings to humans in exchange for money to buy human trinkets to trade with other mosters for food, The cards were the last thing she gifted to Fortune Teller before she ran off sacrificing herself by leading away the humans who were after them and who killed Fortune's Father.
Fortune still remembers his old name and sometimes thinks about it. He however does like his current name, his old name holds too many sorrowful memories, that name doesn't fit him now.
Fortune Teller's Birthday is November 5th
Fortune Teller's favorite Treat are Colombian Style Buñuelos, a traditional deep fried cheese ball fritter. He enjoys it when Pierrot makes them, especially on his birthday.
Similarly to Pierrot Fortune Teller doesn't really like having Fools, the only times he's ever really taken on a single Fool once or twice out of pity when he sees a human with a pink ticket who was clearly not the intended Pink ticket target, like those who are very young adults or have some visible disability.
Fortune Teller's light German accent came from when he was introduced to the German language during the circus's travels, he was fascinated by the language and the how the pronunciations came more easily to him.
Physical Strength Rank Comparison:
Pierrot
Harlequin/Jester
Doctor
Ticket Taker/Fortune Teller (FT strength is on par with or slightly below TT, once again the woes of being born weaker)

Took a break from my TFC stuff and created a Kingdom of Marionettes OC on a fun whim and idea.
Meet the Princess Puppet or known as Princesca. While I haven't fully figured her out I imagine her as someone very somber and withdrawn, at least in her current state. I also thought it would be fun to give her sectoral heterochromia with purple and gold in her visible eye.
Also. I doubt I did the whole tarot card reading right, but it’s really up to your interpretation based off what cards are shown here. Anyway. Hope you like this one as well! if not, let me know what changes I can make. Because deep down I feel like something should be changed here. But I don’t know what…

This is my general idea of how I imagine Fortune Teller to sound like, maybe a bit younger sounding, i tried with editing the pitch but this was as good as i could get it without it sounding weird, but i do like the idea that he'd have a light German accent.
Started as an exasperated thought before becoming serious to the idea.
Fortune Teller rushed past the tents, skirting past various fools as his eyes flitted around for a familiar purple or blue figure. Passing around Harlequin's tent Fortune Teller was met with the green clad clown himself who had just stepped out from the tent,
“Ah! Fortune you're back. We were getting worried that we'd have to send out a search party-” was all Harlequin could say before he was abruptly cut off, “Do you know where Jester is?” Fortune Teller said with unease clearly in his voice.
Harlequin blinked the teasing in his tone and expression fading slightly as he looked at Fortune Teller in slight confusion, “Oh? You need to find Jester? What for?” Harlequin said with a tilt of his head. Fortune Teller's expression grew more uneasy, “Please, I don't have time to explain, do you know where he is?” The grey cloaked performer pleaded. Harlequin's expression faltered as he now fully took note of Fortune Teller’s desperate expression, now while Harlequin knew he wasn't particularly close with the petite monster, he did know that Fortune Teller wasn't one so easily rattled and to see him so spooked made a slight frown cross the green Jester’s face.
“... He's in his tent, just finished going over some morning bookkeeping with Ticket Taker.” Harlequin stated as Fortune Teller nodded and quickly gave a word of thanks before he skirted around the green clown and quickly dashed off in the direction of Jester's tent while Harlequin watched him go, green eyes narrowing in suspicion before giving a shrug and turning away. He had a feeling he'd find out the reason soon enough.
Fortune Teller soon made it to all the tents that were set up for them to sleep in when they weren't traveling, he had to force himself from barging into the purple tent as he stopped outside and called out, “Jester? Are you there?”
The response was immediate, “Yes I am Fortune Teller, did you need something?” The familiar tone of Jester's voice called from inside the tent.
“I… I need to talk to you, it's important. Can I come in?” The short monster says, the nervous edge in his voice clear, “Come in.” Jester's reply came after a slight pause, Fortune Teller took a breath before entering the tent. All of their personal tents were the same size and had the same layout, and Jester's was no exception. There was a bed on one side with a canopy over it, a few easily collapsible shelves and storage for clothes and other items, a few personal items scattered about and a vanity mirror that was immediately opposite to the tent entrance. Jester was sitting in front of the vanity mirror and was brushing his hair, “You sounded nervous, did something happen while you were handing out flyers?” Jester asked as he regarded Fortune Teller in the reflection of the mirror, meeting the shorter performer's gaze.
Fortune Teller swallowed as he moved closer behind Jester, "I found this while I was on my way home… he is going to arrive in town soon.” Fortune Teller spoke as he held up the crumpled flyer, he watched as Jester paused his hair brushing, a small frown forming on his face as the purple clad clown eyes landed on the flyer.
Jester then places down the brush and turns to face Fortune Teller as he stands and takes the flyer from Fortune Teller’s outstretched hand as he studies the flyer, “Hm. I see, it's a good thing you brought this to my attention, we'll have to have a meeting about this with the others after we close for the night.” Jester says as he looks back at Fortune Teller and speaks up again, “did anyone else happen?”
Fortune Teller swallows as he begins wringing his hands, “... Yes… I-” he bits his lip again as he looks at the ground before looking back up at Jester, “I ran into him… I ran into Painter..” Fortune Teller admitted.
For a split moment, almost imperceptible if Fortune Teller hadn't been looking at Jester's face, it was there and gone but he had seen the slight widening of his eyes and the small bit of alarm in his purple irises before it was quickly masked with his usual calm attitude but there was an undertone of seriousness in his voice as he spoke, “Tell me what happened.” Fortune Teller's gaze fell to the ground as he began, “I was coming back to the circus after handing out flyers, I was passing through one of the safer streets when I saw this poster amongst the res, I took it and was going to show you it, but… but I barely got a few steps in before he showed up, and I didn't know what to do.” Fortune Teller's throat felt tighter as his claws dug into the fabric of his cloak sleeves.
“He told me it had been a long time, he was acting all friendly, I asked him what he wanted and- and then he starting saying all these things, complimenting me and saying that I was not getting the attention I deserve, and then he.. he… he offered me a place in his Amusement park! Like- like he assumed I'd actually join him after everything he did!” Fortune Teller’s voice rose as he recalled what happened moments ago before the spark of anger died out quickly as he remembered the last part of the interaction, “and I… I know I should have fled back to the circus, that I should have ignored him but- but! I got so angry, and I.. I shouted a bunch of stuff at him before I left back here, but now I'm realizing I might have just put us into more trouble by what I said to him and I- I- I'm so sorry Jester I didn't-” Fortune Teller's voice had began to crack half way through as tears formed in his eyes but before he could continue he felt a pair of hands on his shoulders and Jester's voice cutting through the grey clad Oracle’s spiraling ramble, “Look at me. I need you to look at me, and to take a breath.” Jester’s hands were firmly yet gently holding Fortune Teller's shoulder as his purple eyes stared into Fortune Teller's grey ones, “Breath with me…” Jester says softly, and slowly Fortune Teller takes slow and slightly shuddering breaths with Jester as the shorter monster managing to calm down. Jester leaned back slightly but still had his hands on Fortune Teller's shoulders, “Ok, now. I need to know what exactly you said to Painter after his… proposal.” Jester said, his voice still serious but more gentle.
Fortune Teller blinked away the tears as he nodded, taking another shudder breath, “I… I told him he had a lot of nerve to ask me to join him after trying to hurt us and burning down the circus, then I demanded if he thought that because I was a runt it would be easy to manipulate and that it would make you join him before I called him a dumb delusional child to his face…” Fortune Teller winced slightly, his gaze falling back down to the ground again, “I then told him something like I could give him a lifetime of readings and that he would never get the attention from you he desires before I left back for here, I'm so sorry Jester.” Fortune Teller finished as he gazed back up to their leader.
Jester was quiet in thought for a moment, before he let out a small sigh and slowly began to rub Fortune’s shoulders with his thumbs in a comforting gesture, “oh Cartomante… while I don't approve of what you said, I don't blame you for acting in that way. You were caught off guard and without any support, so for what it's worth you tried your best.” Jester said calmly, gazing down at Fortune Teller who swallowed thickly, "Will we have to move early?”
Jester hummed out a response as he carefully released Fortune’s shoulders, “Now that is a good question, we might need to close a little early to discuss this issue and incident, but I'll handle that.”
Fortune Teller nods as he smooths out his cloak, “Okay… I'll get ready for tonight's visitors.”
Jester shook his head, “You won't be in the right of mind tonight. Go rest, I'll inform Ticket Taker of the last minute change.”
Fortune Teller frowned, “Are you sure? I can still do my readings with no issues.”
Jester just nods, “Go rest Cartomante, I'll have the others come check on you throughout the evening.” Fortune Teller quietly nods in reply as he leaves Jester's tent, Jester watches him go before letting out a sign and placing a hand on the back of the chair in front of his vanity, his claws digging into the wood. The notion that Painter had sprung that trick on Fortune Teller on the one day he was out with flyers wasn't lost on the purple clad leader. He knew that Painter wouldn't treat Fortune Teller, many other monsters didn't see Fortune Teller as an equal either, not knowing just how much he provided. Yet he didn't have time to dwell on that detail, Painter had made his first move and Jester would be damned if he let Painter win this macabre game of Go again.

The blinking lights of various games and rides flashed and projected different colors onto Painter's white Hanfu as he glided through the Fairground, guards flanking him the moment he had returned, he passed by without a second glance to the other monsters who bowed and gave their heartfelt greetings, he made his way along the long carpeted aisle until he made it to his gallery, he was greeted by various followers who awaited him. “Greetings master. We hope you had a fruitful outing.” A hunched over monster that painter didn't bother to look at said, Painter gave a drawn out sad sigh as he picked up his paintbrush that someone still had what looked like slick black ink on it as he looked at it with a faux-idle expression, “I suppose it was good… for the most part.” The white robe clad artist said.
Painter's seemingly downcast tone caused a wave of murmurs to travel through the crowd,“Has something not gone to your wishes, our beloved leader?” Another monster asks as the followers watch on, “Ah. I suppose if you're all willing to listen, I came across a particular young Oracle clad in grey…” Painter paused to let the words sink in, murmurs reverberated throughout the gathered monsters, there was really only one monster that came to mind when given that description.
“Jester's runt?” Painter heard a follower mutter out before Painter turned to face his followers with a pout, “Such an accomplished being like him despite his deficiencies… I ran into him while he was on his way back to the circus, I offered him a place here, I could see that he wasn't being given the attention he deserves and I offered him a place here amongst us. Yet…” Painter gives another sigh as wave his brush, a few drops of ink splashing onto the floor, “He quite crudely refused my offering, and said some truly hurtful things to me and about our amusement park made in the circus honor.”
A chorus of hisses and grumbles echoed through the gallery, “That little brat!”
“Of course that traitor would do that.”
“How dare he refute the master's noble offer!”
“That little runt should have never been allowed to live.”
Painter let the angry insults go on a little longer before speaking again, “indeed, it was so unfortunate to have my generosity be spat upon like that. However… he believed that I was trying to deceive him.” Painter hums as he glides over to a chaise longue and rests down upon it, “I fear poor Fortune Teller is confused… That Ticket Taker probably twisted what really happened to make me the villain in his mind, if only I could get the poor little thing the help he deserves…” Painter says, as he looks at his paintbrush, listening to his followers murmuring that cycling from how kind he was, to pitying Fortune Teller, and insulting ticket Taker. Painter smiled as he envisioned a new portrait of a Grey cloaked figure standing in a fairground.
Hope you enjoy this part two Destiny, tried my best with this longer term writing of Painter and Jester.
I LOVE IT!!! You really do have it down how cruel Painter can be, prejudiced even---AHHHH the dialogue is so good!!!! Jester also has a nice balance of concern/intimidation as i do believe he'd be this kind to his own. GREAT WORK!!! LOVE IT!!!
Your welcome! I'm glad I portrayed Painter well, i was constantly going back and forth between the doc I was writing this on and the fic looking at all of painter's lines, similarly with Jester. Though it seems like I don't see all the typos until after I post it, i gotta work on that.
I imagined that Painter would see Fortune Teller as something of a novelty rather than an actual person, i remember in the ask that he thought FT was '''cute''' and imagine/interpreted that he would treat FT ironically like a "pet", which is rubbing salt in a wound considering some monsters have human "pets" and how he's already seen as lesser/weaker due to his runt status.

I have NOT a single clue as to what he should sound like, idk if he should have an accent or not, nor do i know if his voice is higher or lower tone and pitch.
