can you tell us what your Lokilu vision is? this isnt really a answerable question, can you tell me how you see them as a relationship? how they got together how they function, how they thrive how they take care of eachother? I know Luffy can give Loki all the love in the world but what does Loki give Luffy in return?

i pretty much see them as soulmate! a midly unhinged term (back then at least) i used after two or three weeks of these two meeting each other was "luffy found the other side of his heart" which i still stand by. i don't know if they're "fated to meet" per se but knowing nika and the warrior god fought each other before just reinforce the whole "they already knew each other before they even met" thing.
loki's introduction was incredible, even ignoring over a decade of build-up in elbaf alone it start with luffy having a chill, so ominous and mysterious, while the giants talks of loki being some pure force of chaos and a murderer. and luffy does one of his favorite past-time which is throwing himself right down into hell/the underworld.
the manga had this feeling of "this is a meeting of historical and epic proportion" but when the anime came to that scene something about the animation reminded me of watching Beauty and the Beast for the first time again! 😭 our beautiful heroine walking through a dangerous snowy forest meeting with some great awful monstrous prince. like! okay! wow! they're a whole fairytale!
also specifying but i don't see them romantically involved or being attracted to each other; luffy's our aroace king and i've never thought about loki's orientation before he could be straight it wouldn't change a thing. they found each other again! that's all that matters to me!
as for the rest of your questions we see some answered in canon; luffy is incredibly comfortable with loki from the moment they meet, he stays by his side and sit on his horn when they find him injured, he very comically and poorly takes of him. luffy sharing and giving food to someone is always so much fun characterization wise like okay, you love them that much! okay!!! the fact that he's burning him and all at the same is super funny because i reallyyy don't think it wasn't all that unintentional. trickster god meeting trickster prince, luffy can be surprisingly petty lmao.
they don't need to give each other anything! luffy loves like a bulldozer he sees a walled heart, asks "anyone's going to break of all that?" and doesn't wait for an answer. or the poor fucker's consent (unless they're a girl/woman). in the latest chapter luffy goes "loki's death won't be in vain!" while loki screams "i'm alive you moron!!" (or whatever the english translation goes with). there's no way in hell luffy ever thought he was dead, he's ragebaiting him every occasion he gets! i really can't remember seeing luffy acts this happy and teasing with anyone before, he just loves to torment loki that much. luffy takes more than he gives and he doesn't expect that much more than company in exchange, that side of his relationships are just naturally unbalanced. the love, whimsy and freedom are both an incidental and inevitable part of being around him.
