Love Rüfüs du Sol! Saw them live twice last year and glad to see they're touring again this year. It's fantastic live electronic music. You just lose yourself in the music. The video for Treat You Better shows how you can be transported to your happy place.
The sheer joy experienced at a Mumford & Sons concert!

Chester Bennington (No. 3, music) passed away last week. The response from his fans was immediate and incredibly emotional. Chester and the rest of Linkin Park played a therapeutic role in so many lives. He will be deeply missed by millions and millions.
Mental health can be hard to talk about, but it’s important to remember you do have people to talk to if you need it. No matter who you are, no matter what you’re going through, there are resources out there to help.
Rest in peace, Chester Bennington.
Indonesia Comes Alive During Eid al-Fitr with Photographer @mastirham
To see more of Mast’s work, follow @mastirham on Instagram.
For Javanese photographer Mast Irham (@mastirham), Indonesia can feel both intimate and colossal — a land of limitless possibilities. “Indonesian people have lived together with many differences for a very long time,” says Mast. “I think that’s why Indonesians are friendly with people they’ve just met and with foreigners. For a photographer, that attitude is definitely an advantage. People in the countryside like to have their pictures taken. We just need to spend some time with them, and it becomes comfortable for us to shoot.”
During Islamic holidays like Eid al-Fitr, a three-day holiday marking the end of Ramadan, the islands of the largest Muslim-majority country in the world especially come to life. “People leave Jakarta and other big cities to go back to their hometowns to visit family,” says Mast. “Taking pictures feels different, too. We see more people during prayer time, and during Eid people often pray outside instead of inside the mosques.”

Happy St Paddy's Day! The Google Doodle features two shamrocks high-fiving each other as they pass each other on a small island, which it is meant to represent Skellig Michael, a remote island off the southwest coast of Ireland. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1996, the mystical island contains the ruins of a medieval monastery that was continuously occupied until the late 12th century. If you're brave enough scale the 600 steps to the monastery on the island's summit you will be greeted by many species of seabirds, including puffins, gannets and razorbills. It was also the last place Luke Skywalker was seen in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. May the Force and the luck of the Irish be with you! 💚☘☘💚
NASA has discovered 7 Earth-like planets orbiting a star just 40 light-years away. The animated Google Doodle celebrates the first time that so many have been found around one star. Three of the planets are directly in the star’s habitable zone, meaning water can mostly likely exist on the surface of them, and it’s possible that the other four could have liquid water too depending on the composition of their atmospheres, the astronomers said. The exoplanets orbit a star in the constellation Aquarius called Trappist-1. It's a tiny, “ultra-cool” dwarf star, just about a tenth of the mass of our sun and about one-thousandth as bright. Its low mass allows its planets to orbit it very closely and remain in the habitable zone. The distance at which the planets orbit Trappist-1 is comparable to the distance of Jupiter to its moons. All the planets are believed to be rocky, and are all believed to be around the size of Earth, give or take 10 to 20 percent.
Bonobo - No Reason ft Nick Murphy Another very creative video for the latest track Migration.

Happy St Andrew’s Day! Scotland will celebrated with festivities, parades and dancing across the country. By law, every building in Scotland must display the Saltire, or St Andrew’s Cross, a flag whose imagery is itself intrinsically linked to the saint who was crucified on a cross. The Google Doodle shows a series of landmarks with a Saltire flying beside them. The landmarks depicted are the Cuillin Hills, Ben Nevis, Broch of Mousa, Isle of Skye, and Loch Lomond

The father of microbiology Antoni van Leeuwenhoek's 384th birthday is celebrated by an animated Google Doodle. It shows the 'little animals' he discovered when looking at a drop of water through a microscope. Some of the lenses he designed in his rooms on the Market Square in Delft, Netherlands, had a magnification of more than 200 times and allowed him to examine capillaries, muscle fibers, spermatozoa and blood flow in capillaries. He did not author any books and his discoveries only came to light through correspondence with the Royal Society, which published his letters.
