Ok so this link is for the understanding of Spoon Theory. It’s something that people with illness have to think about everyday when people who are well just assume they have unlimited resources.

However when applying the spoon theory to your time and effort. It’s true that no one, regardless of their health has unlimited spoons.

The subject of managing one’s spoon supply whilst dating multiple people came up. The questions where how do you keep yourself from spreading yourself too thin, between self and self-stuff, home and hearth, work, and the care and feeding of multiple relationships? How do you gauge when your spoon supply is running low, and how do you replenish it? How do you make sure you are showing care for others’ hearts if you need to withdraw for awhile to keep a spoon in reserve?
