Nobody is convincing me that they don't understand though. They just expect you to respect their privileged status. They know. Because I have been seeing Black people be patient enough to reiterate this as long as there has been social media. Every person pretending that they don't understand is actually just declaring that YOU need to understand your place as somebody who's not supposed to be allowed to criticize them. They know that. Feigning victimization is simply a staple of white privilege that they all bring into every space.

They know and know when they are leaning into their privilege. They don't care
