sorry man, good theory but those are different links! link's awakening link is also a link to the past link, oracle of ages link, and oracle of seasons link! and right after those games, goes the original zelda games in the downfall timeline. breath of the wild comes after all those and connects the three timelines.

ok so i think i just realized something

in BOTW, link is asleep for 100 years, and wakes up and kills Ganon. in links Awakening, you learn that the whole game is a dream or nightmare. my theory is that links Awakening takes place right before breath of the wild begins, during Link's 100-year nap
