A good place to start would be blinkie collection websites! There are many NeoCities websites dedicated to collecting blinkies they've found, and typically just going to the NeoCities' home page and searching for websites tagged with blinkies will show you many options!
If you'd like to broaden your horizons, I believe some SpaceHey users also have blinkie collections, but I'm not as familiar with that website...at the very least, if you can't find what you're looking for, looking up "blinkie collections" in your search engine of choice is amateur, but it's probably how most people got their start.
In terms of specific websites, the most extensive collection I've seen is Adrian's Blinkie Collection; they're all sorted by color, but unless you're going in with a color in mind, it might be a little difficult to find something specific. But it's definitely fun to look through, I feel like I see a new one every time I look!
There are also three websites that I know of that act as blinkie search engines or repositories; blinkie.world by (which is still in progress, but typically updates on a weekly basis, and has different pages to sort blinkies by color, theme, subject, etc.), blinkie.wiki (which takes a little bit to load, unless they've patched that, but had options to search by subject and transcript), and GifCities (which lets you search very broad, general keywords, but it's not exclusively for blinkies).
Now, while this isn't necessarily what you asked for, there are also blinkie making websites where you can put text onto a template to make your own blinkies! My favorites are blinkie.cafe, gerudovalley.net, PixelWave Studio, and MyBlinkie!
Finally, here are a bunch of creators I've found while hoarding blinkies myself! Some websites linked have sections for blinkies they've collected, so that might be a good place to start too! I hope this helps!
