•How do you make your blinkies?

color swaps or slowing them down is totally fine! please do not change or remove the text or images without permission. for adding text or images, only use blinkies from my #blanks tag (or check out the Blinkie Maker). please credit me for making the template!

•You didn't do my request, why?

i often delete requests when i’m overwhelmed, unmotivated, etc. i usually do about half of the requests i receive. i’m sorry if yours isn’t selected, but it’s just not feasible to do them all! blinkies for things I enjoy are more likely to be made :]

•Do I have permission to use your blinkies on my site/blog/profile/etc?

yes!
