In the middle of my monotonous facebook feed scrolling, a thought came across my mind. I thought of tumblr. The old tumblr where I used to spend endless hours scrolling and scrolling until my mind is about to explode of beautiful writings, typographies and other bloggers’ pieces. And I missed it. So I immediately opened a new tab and typed in, lo and behold, tumblr. Upon seeing the familiar blue feed, I suddenly became so nostalgic. So nostalgic that I ended up revisiting all the old blogs that I loved and adored. I misses this. I missed this part of me where I have nothing else to do but consume and open up to the world. This used to be a place where I felt most vulnerable yet empowered at the same time. This used to be my hiding place from the chaotic and harsh world. This was my safe haven. The place I can find inspiration and be fragile without the fear of being ridiculed. 

1. I missed tumblr. I rarely visit this site but whenever I do, flashbacks shoot straight through and there’s this soothing sense of familiarity that comes with it. I miss blogging. I might start blogging more frequently again.

2. I finally know what I REALLY want to do. Well. At least for now. And I’m going to hold onto it, fight for it, and pursue it with flaming passion. Yup, I’m shifting majors. I finally am following my real passion.

3. I can really say now that this year is my year. My 20th year in this wild world has been filled with life-changing, course-altering (literally HAHA) decisions and serendipities. I am thrilled!

4. I am so blessed to have such supportive parents. At the end of everyday, it’s true that they’ll be the ones to stay with you. No matter what.
