Started realizing lately that people are more understanding and caring than you think they are. People are actually hard to disappoint. And no, no one's still thinking about your stupid mistakes from years ago. No one's still bothered by your comment or that question that you consider embarrassing. It's just you. In your head. And truly, no matter how much of a genius you are...yes, people might have high expectations. But they also have their own lives and, at the end of the day, they expect more from themselves than from you. They have their own demons to face. So...yeah, it's you and me and everyone. In our minds. 2025 is coming, let's stop doing this. And now, besties, let's be fr. If people are mad, disappointed, offended...let them tell you. Their job, not yours.

Focus on what makes you happy. Drink more water. Use your waking hours to contribute to your growth. Practice meditation. Remove poor friendships. Cherish the good people you've been blessed with. Eat healthy. Exercise your body and mind. Continue to learn about yourself. Love God.
