The quality of our references–from the works of master painters to photos from out trips around the world–was key to creating a fantastic new setting with a southern Victorian style. We analyzed the architecture of British colonies around the world, including India and Gibraltar. We studied locations like Cuba, Barcelona, Long Beach in California, Cape Town, Panama, and more.
