I've always called myself a demon because, well, that's what I am. A "fallen angel" is just the type of demon I am, a species if you will. Demon is a very broad term that can cover everything from fallen angels, to the undead, to monsters manifested out of human fears. It's like how peregrine falcons and chickens are both birds, but very very different birds.

I, myself, harbor some internalized shame about falling. I sometimes have moments where I feel this more intensely, as well. But I don’t think that if I was offered the chance at forgiveness, I would take it. I think it was for the best. I’m a lot happier as a demon, and I felt suffocated as an angel.

Because a monkey could probably shove a bunch of meat near a fire and get it cooked. But bread? And cake? That's a science. You need to get that so precise, and it must've taken so much trial and error - but they still did it.
