@ravenbohique does not care about feminism like he says he does. Weeks ago he said, "No. Dorito refers to the upside down triangular shape that musclemen have, with large upper body and skinny lower body. You have a tendency to react emotionally without thinking first." This was a response when I ignorantly thought a post on Maui was fat shaming.
He had unrealistic expectations of me to know body building terminology. I admit that I was wrong and that it wasn't shaming, but he could have came to me about it without painting me as "emotional" online. He's response is that he was justified in calling me "emotional" and that he had every right to call me out online, when I supposedly share his post multiple times and accused it of something it wasn't. This was a lie, this was the first time I misinterpreted his post. I felt like he was personally attacking me because he was complaining about how angry I am on my Facebook and that I write rants on people that I don't know, which also isn't true. I didn't get why he was policing what I write on my Facebook, Like who cares if someone is angry on Facebook, it doesn't affect you lol. Yet he knows my Facebook so well, why didn't he call out his white friends for being racists and laughing at a meme that compared Nicki Minaj to the baboon on  Lion King ÂŻ\_(ă)_/ÂŻ Â
I didn't get why he refused to listen to me when I said that calling a women "emotional" and telling them they couldn't think when they write, is a tactic what misogynistic men use to keep women from being politicians. He thought that was the only word he could use to described what he thought I was doing without sugar coating, which isn't true..... If you believe a woman is acting a certain way you can call her out without using misogynistic tactics. He did all of this not because he wanted to genuinely call me out. I found out he did all of this because THOUGHT I was talking bad about his "culture". I was trying to reply to a post asking a man about sugar skulls. I said "oops sorry" on the wrong message to @ravenbohique. He NEVER replied. He waited MONTHS to make up lies on me online and in my messenger, when he could have been clarified to him. Instead he chose to make it out that I was out of my lane because I'm a dark skinned women from the African diaspora. He's comments was erasure to me because my people is also Native to Mexico, my family isn't just Black. Just because of my skin color doesn't mean I don't have the right to ask about something that is related to Indigenous People of Mexico, what he was doing was anti black erasure. He's Taino Puerto Rican, his people did not start sugar skulls, yet he went off on me because he thought I was critiquing  his "culture" and no I'm not saying he can't be a part of it. When I was trying to call out the original post for saying that white people wearing them is messed up because they started and benefit from assimilation in the Americas. That also that his post was out of his lane because he said that "culture should be shared, if you respect it and educate yourself on it". When he has NO right to lump other People of Color's culture into this and that he has no right to tell another culture if they should share it. White People tokenize posts like those and think they can copy Black culture because a non black person of color said so. I was also confused why @ravenbohique would share this because it was problematic and came off as tone policing others that don't want to share their culture, when there are multiple reasons why people are like that.
He is not pro feminists, I have seen him complain about the word patriarchy and how he doesn't like it because it's so called ignores women that is a part of it. When feminists know VERY well, that women can be complicit in patriarchy. He also has shared an anti black video, that also perpetuated racists stereotypes about men from India the man in the video was Black and had a fake accent in the video. THe video also was perpetuating hypersexualized stereotypes of black men being good in bed that stemmed from Black people being sex slaves. And that is also the reason why white men ask Black women if they had a big black penis. He doesn't identify as Black so he was out of his lane for sharing. I didn't comment, yet I'm "emotional" and angry all the time according to him all the time. I don't think he said I'm angry all the time as place of anti blackness. But he didn't consider that he doesn't know the FULL back story when I make a post about the misogynoir I've been through. He just runs with assumptions on what happened just like how he thought I was talking bad sugar skulls, when I was talking about white people. If men are for feminism like they claim they would listen and not run around with "male fragility" He did apologize for accusing me of disrespecting his âcultureâ. But he did not apologize for his sexism and he never will. I have seen him center men  in another, way but I can't call it out because it's out of my lane most likely. Just because someone is dark skinned doesn't mean they're not mixed, multi cultural, or etc. Some of us do not feel comfortable talking about our cultures because it was denied to us because of anti blackness in our communities or slavery. My West African was erased to me, then it  was insensitive when he said that culture is what you are raised with, ignoring that mines was ripped away from me and that several Black people are trying to learn about the variations of West African culture that was denied to us.
I don't care if he lies and said this never happened, I said my truth, you don't get to call someone emotional, while you harbor bad feelings for something they DIDN'T Â do.
-End of rant of someone I KNOW Â

For those of you in vanilla relationships, stop using your pussy as a reward. Donât ever place your sexuality so high in a relationship. He doesnât get a blow job as a bone for doing something you like or getting you a gift. Y'all treat men like dogs and act surprised when they bark.

Bill would prohibit courses and activities that promote ethnic studies and advocate âsolidarityâ based on ethnicity, race, religion or gender.
The newly introduced bill â which seeks to build on an existing GOP-backed law that banned a Mexican American studies class â marks the latest attack in academia on activism and research centered on marginalized groups. Some opponents said the proposal is part of a national trend, tied to the election of Donald Trump, of lawmakers working to suppress progressive organizations and protests.
The bill, from state representative Bob Thorpe, would prohibit âcourses, classes, events and activitiesâ in public schools that promote âsocial justice toward a race, gender, religion, political affiliation, social class or other class of peopleâ. Courses and events that are âdesigned primarily for pupils of a particular ethnic groupâ or advocate âsolidarityâ based on ethnicity, race, religion or gender would also be banned.
[mod note] I actually found out about this bill personally from a friend of mine who lives in AZ, and has already been subjected to several antisemitic and homophobic incidents of harassment in the wake of current unfortunate events. Iâve already read the text of the bill itself, and itâsâŚwell, itâs bad.
Please also note that this is on top of entire educational programs that have ALREADY BEEN BANNED, and that Iâve been writing about and trying to stop for literally YEARS now.
What they are proposing to ban is what I do. The stuff you learn here. The already neglected and marginalized people and events of history. How these marginalized histories are immediately relevant to you and me, and how they relate to social justice. Thatâs what being banned.
Iâm personally terrified for myself and my loved ones, and for everyone who is interested in learning about history in or outside of institutions. Thereâs a lot of âweâll survive,â and âItâs not that bad,â going around, and I am seriously asking how bad exactly does it need to get before it actually IS âThat Badâ??
If youâd like to tell Bob Thorpe your thoughts on AZ House Bill 2120 on Twitter, go for it
Hereâs the text of the Bill
Hereâs another article about the bill
Black girls deserve to learn free from bias and stereotypes.
Most black girls experience this hatred at schools. And classmates are not the only problem, there is no support from teachers, too. Thatâs why they get so affected by their school experiences. Black kids deserve to be treated just like everybody else, they want to study, they want to learn something ,too. However due to prejudice they are 5 times more likely to be suspended than their white peers and it can ruin their lives forever. National Womenâs Law Center created this video to change the situation. Join the movement to help black girls feel normal and get the same opportunities everybody else has.
