We’re so back, Buddies 🎪

About a year ago I posted a clown that changed the trajectory of my fiber arts after nearly 20 years of status quo makes, affectionately named “Crapshoot.” I felt like it was fitting to kick off 2026 remaking Crapshoot, along with some companions to show my growth in the last year.

🌼 Art the Clown 🌼

I am working on patterns I’ll be releasing in 2026 and one of them is famous clowns. Naturally, Art made his way to the top of my list of makes with the fame and clout of Terrifer, and as a massive horror fan myself. I do feel like a bad horror fan because Terrifier is not my jam but I do admire Art’s design, with pirouette clown inspiration that truly makes flower glasses and blood splatters pop.

But what if pocket clowns were rats? Introducing Marscapone and Brie 🐭

I wanted to experiment with making some animal faces in my works and ended up becoming heavily inspired by the group chat constantly sending each other @schmizzles “Ratricia” reels.
