It's kinda crazy how our society is so increasingly shaped by capitaism and productivity(I am not even gonna say toxic-productivity cuz the word itself feels toxic to me) that even simple acts of taking care of ourselves feels like a massive rebellion and a struggle.
You don't have to constantly "hustle" and "grind". All you're doing is "grinding" yourself to dust.
You don't have to maintain streaks. Discipline isn't about never stopping, it's about cultivating enough cofidence in yourself that you can take breaks and still come back to it after it.
You don't have to be always available. Doing nothing doesn't mean I'm free for your tasks, doing nothing means I am "doing" nothing as in, I am giving my attention to rest and recovery.
Not every hobby needs to be monetized, organized and to be excelled at. You can half ass your hobbies if that's what gives you joy. Do things badly, like, on purpose.
It's okay to not be constantly "in the loop". Turn your FOMO into JOMO(remember that word?). It is hard to let go but slowly you can cultivate it and it feels DAMN good!
Don't go 0 to 60 on a new habit. Build slow, with baby steps so you can maintain these habits in a healthy and sustainable way. Habit stacking is a great way to go about it.
None of it is easy but you should give it a shot. First with conscious decisions and slowly it will require less brain-strength and will come more naturally.
