Usually when people make "callout posts" about incorrectly portraying a ccs skin tone, it's usually pointing out white washing a POC like Skeppy.
That is not the case here, and it never seems to be.
Quackity is a light skinned POC that consistently gets drawn FAR darker than what he is.
As a light skinned POC (specifically a latina. double whammy.) it's.... incredibly uncomfortable and jarring.

SO HEAR ME WHEN I SAY:
A light skinned POC is still a POC. A light skinned POC should be respected. A light skinned POC being drawn with the wrong skintone is a sign that you aren't paying attention to their features beyond their ethnicity ā and that's both lazy and disrespectful.
And if this post causes at least ONE fanartist to change their ways, or encourages ANY other POC to speak up, or any POC who felt discomforted, or simply be seenā Then I'll be thrilled.
