HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLARY FAIRCHILD
“𝙎𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙢 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙜𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙠𝙧𝙪𝙥𝙩 ” 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀.
I can't express how much I love this character and how much it means to me. Clary Fairchild was the first female character that I loved in a book ( not counting Katniss and Hermione 💗), she is brave, smart and kind. City of Bones was the book that introduce me to reading and I have such a special bond with her. I love that she is in fact a little bit “not like other girls” but in a good way, she is not the most feminine character neither the one who dresses the best, but she is such of a freak and a nerd and manages to be lovely ( even if she has some flaws) . Also, during the series you see how much she matures and how she grows as a character and the relationships with the others characters. She is really brave, even though she makes some mistakes, but she always shows her most brave self to save the people she loves. The thing that I admire the most about her is that she is really clever and stands up for what she wants and what she thinks,she doesn't shut up and make things “easier” and tries to get out of people's way, she gets in the middle with her head held high and that's something that not all characters have. And the last thing, she doesn't wait until someone saves her, she was inexperienced at the beginning because she grew up in the mundane world, but in the fourth book and in the fifth one you get to see how she wants to train and save herself, how she has that shadowhunter spirit and wants to kill demons, and I personally think that says a lot about how she is and how she acts. Btw, she also has an incredible humor. Another fun fact is that if she had the same age as she had in City of Bones, which is 16, she would have been born in 2008.
That's all I have to say about her but I think it says a lot, happy birthday Clary Fairchild ❤️.
