Messages have gone blank, think I'm being closed down, but I'm not yet kicked off. I have an alt, in bio.

This evening I was targeted by a scam designed to steal your account / identity.

The scam involves being messaged by an account saying they've accidentally reported you for being a financial scammer, and showing you screenshots of the report, along with a point of contact for getting this resolved.

This point of contact is always off Tumblr, typically discord or WhatsApp. And that's the key. If it were real, you'd be able to contact them directly via a helpdesk. Moving off the site is always a red flag.

When people you're having a conversation with just... vanish.

Am I blocked, are they termed, am I about to be termed..?

No closure.

Just a void.
